1. I didn’t want any of the speakers to overshadow anyone else. Since this is a community-participation, not a speaker-driven, event, singling people out detracted from what we were hoping to accomplish.
2. CenPhoCamp isn’t meant for people who are already familiar with social media. In fact, it’s really not about social media. Including a bunch of links tends to intimidate those who aren’t already in the group.
3. We didn’t have a whole lot of time. Most everything you see was decided on hours before it was posted. In the interest of saving time and focusing on making sure the event happened, details were omitted as necessary.

I wish the itinerary and session info were all together, along with links to each speaker and panel member’s websites, bios and social media links.
